- Large volume Accounts-Payable invoice processing.
- Large volume Accounts-Receivable billing processing.
- Answer customer/vendor inquiries via phone and/or email.
- Open/distribute incoming mail/email for processing (as needed).
- Other duties as assigned by department manager.
- Minimum 1-year Accounts-Receivable and/or Accounts-Payable processing experience required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Excellent organization and time management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
