Benefits Coordinator Job at FOX Rehabilitation
The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Benefits Manager with day-to-day tasks associated with the administration of all employee benefits and maintaining accurate records and procedures for the benefits administration process. The Coordinator ensures accuracy of employee benefits data, including data received from third party vendors. The Coordinator develops and prepares communications to employees about benefit programs, procedures, claims and any other government mandated disclosures. The Coordinator handles employee benefits questions/inquiries. This position is fully remote, local to Cherry Hill, NJ (home office) preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, record and process enrollments quickly and accurately within HRIS system.
- Resolve employee questions and problems by interpreting benefit policies and procedures and respond within 24 hours.
- Assist with Open Enrollment process.
- Prepare benefit reports as requested.
- Handle benefit invoice reconciliation.
- Responsible for ensuring arrears benefit payments are calculated properly and provided to employees out on leave of absence.
- Reviews bi-weekly payroll deductions to ensure all benefit deductions are accurate.
- Provides new hires with explanations of benefits and assists with enrollment and fulfillment procedures.
- Consults with employees about eligibility and other pertinent issues.
- Ensures all benefits policies are compliant with the laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred and at least 3 years of experience in Benefits Administration or, equivalent combination of education and experience in Human Resources.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Workday and Benefits Admin Systems
- Analytical skills
- Able to resolve conflict
- Experience in Benefit Administration
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with benefits and payroll software Interpersonal skills
- Communication skills
