We currently have one Part Time DSP opening in Concord, NH:

Position: Community Based DSP (Direct Support Professional)

Compensation: $17.00/hr plus a daily gas stipend.

Status: Part Time Openings!

Client Descriptions:

($17/Hr) Part Time: This individual will need transportation from work at the local Hospital in the afternoon. Client and staff will spend up to 3 hours in the community doing various activities or errands at individuals request. She then will need transportation back home following community time. Client has rotating schedule, one week staff will have Tuesdays off and the next week it will be Friday. The option to work every other weekend is there. 12-15hrs/week. Schedule: 3pm-6pm.

What Does a DSP Do?

• Help client engage in social, recreational and vocational activities out in the community
• Provide supervision and mentoring to clients, including role modeling appropriate behavior, redirection and behavior management
• Teach daily living skills, including shopping, meal preparation and engaging in recreational & social activities
• Help improve client’s social skills, interpersonal skills, life and coping skills through the development of respectful & positive relationships
• Be a positive role model to help shape growth and build trust

Hiring Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license required & 18+ years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Satisfactory completion of background screening and applicable pre-employment checks
• Vehicle insurance (required to transport client in your vehicle)
