What we’re looking for:
CCRN is seeking a Full-Time Behavioral Health Personal Care Assistant to join our caring and compassionate team in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. As a Behavioral Health Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide individualized behavioral support services in school-based settings to students with special needs.

What you’ll do:

• Provide in school support to assigned student with special needs
• Maintain positive relationships with teachers and other staff
• Consult with and assist the Behavioral Specialist Consultant (BSC) in the development and implementation of treatment plans
• Timely submission of daily student summaries and clinical documentation, including PCA interventions, observation of behaviors displayed, etc.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Behavioral Health related field and three (3) years of direct care experience OR a combination of education and experience
• Must be able to obtain necessary clearances and complete CPR/First Aid, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCI) or Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) trainings
• Teaching Certificates
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Must be able to work with “high-risk” consumers who have mental illnesses as well as developmental and physical disabilities. We expect all staff to have a strong desire to provide excellent customer service; to comply with the rules and regulations of those organizations to which we are accountable; to have high ethical and professional standards of conduct; and to have an attitude of wanting to continuously improve their own professional performance.
What You’ll Get:

• Salary Range: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
• COVID-19 Vaccine Bonus: New Hires who submit proof of up-to date vaccination prior to starting with the Company will receive a one-time special payment of $500. As defined by the CDC, up to date includes all recommended doses in an individual’s primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine, and at least one (1) booster dose.
