Our Night Picking employees are a huge part of making Maletis Beverage successful. As a part of our picking team you will get to play a game of Tetris on a daily basis stacking pallets. We use our voice activated system to help glide through your order selections! It’s a job that involves both teamwork and the ability to fulfill goals on your own and a great attitude.
A Day in the Life as a Beer Keg Order Selector
We’re looking for a Full-Time Beer Keg Order Selector for our Swan Island Portland, OR team. Do you have the drive and dedication it takes to make a difference? Are you a self-starter with the desire to grow within a company? Are you someone who gets bored easily and prefers a change of pace? We have several opportunities for you to cross train. Our Picking team is known for
- Being both team oriented and self-starters
- Using easyops and easypick
- Pick cases rather than kegs when there is down time
- Replenish and restock keg cooler as needed
- Our Pickers work Sunday – Thursday nights, with Friday and Saturday off
- This is a very physical position, requiring repetitive lifting of product up to 180 pounds
- Using pallet jacks and bendi forklifts to move product

- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen (for illegal drugs)
