Clinical Director (CD) Job Summary:
The Clinic Director (“CD”) directs and manages the day-to-day clinical quality of a standalone ABA treatment clinic. The CD functions with considerable autonomy on matters relating to the clinical quality and efficacy of his/her facility. The CD receives individual supervision from the State Clinical Director & the Operations/State Director. The CD also participates in group supervision with other company CD’s and the Regional Clinical Director. Finally, the CD facilitates clinical oversight of all clients in his/her respective clinic. The CD will lead a team of BCBAs and RBTs to implement treatment programs to assist pediatric patients with behavioral and social/emotional disabilities and delays by planning and administering ABA therapy services in the home and community.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for carrying a client caseload
- Responsible for meeting key performance indicators (“KPIs”) including staff/client census, quality of care, revenue, expense, and margin targets
- Works with the Operations Director to develop community relationships and promote the company’s reputation and standing in the community and treatment field
- Collaborates with the Clinic Manager regarding performance reviews, performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions as needed
- Conduct initial assessments on new referrals for appropriateness of ABA therapy
- Independently develop treatment plans to specifications of funding source and company standards
- Collaborates with Case Manager regarding re-evaluations and appropriate submission dates for authorization
- Lead and direct fellow BCBAs regarding treatment decisions/programming/overall progress of clients
- Consults with State Clinical Director regarding complex clinical barriers and/or requests advice/guidance
- Consults with State Clinical Director regarding BCBA clinical mentorship/leadership
- Provide training and technical assistance to carry out recommendations and plans to ensure treatment validity for all clients.
- Supervise RBTs, practicum fellows, and extended team members as required
- Adherence to professional and ethical compliance code
- Conduct audits to ensure BCBA and RBT compliance
- Work alongside the Clinic Manager to address organizational concerns
- Over-see and manage BCBAs conducting clinic-based care
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2 years experience as a BCBA
- Strong clinical background
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Must be Tech Savvy
- Must be passionate about mentorship and team building
Education:
- Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education (required)
License/Certification:
- BCBA certification
- LBA
