Whether you’re a coffee connoisseur or java novice just needing a quick pick me up before heading off to a busy day, you’ll find something perfect for your palette at Cup of Joe Market Café.

As a barista, you will create the extraordinary experience for our customers by providinglegendary customer service with prompt service, quality beverages and products, andmaintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Train, assign, and direct deli attendants work.
  • Have full knowledge of menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
  • Take coffee, beverage and food orders, input orders into POS system, collect payment and prepare orders.
  • Bus coffee cart areas and tables.
  • Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas.
  • Handle guest café requests for beverage and food.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all storage areas.
  • Complete necessary food and station preparations prior to opening of the Cafe in order to ensure that guests are served promptly and efficiently.
  • Comply with certification requirements as applicable to position to include Food Handlers Safety etc.
