We are seeking friendly, outgoing individuals to join our team of Baristas. The ideal candidate will be experienced in making coffee drinks and interacting with customers in a fast-paced retail environment. We're looking for people who have the ability to thrive in a fun and exciting environment, have an eye for detail and enjoy working with others to create a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Brew coffee using the appropriate brewing device.
- Clean work area and appliances.
- Greet customers.
- Take orders from customers.
- Explain menu items to customers.
- Prepare specialty drinks according to customers' needs and preferences.
- Be polite to customers even when being pressured for time.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues.
- Communicate with other employees in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Knowledge of coffee beans, grinding and brewing methods.
