Bakery Production Worker Job at IES Custom Staffing
IES Custom Staffing is hiring immediately for Bakery Production Workers to work in a bakery in Nampa. As a Bakery Production Worker, you will be working in a rewarding fast-paced setting.
Pay is $16.00 to $16.50 per hour.
Schedule:
- Day shift: starts at 6:30 am
- Swing shift: starts at 5:00 pm
- Grave shift: starts at 11:30 pm
Description:
- Assist in food production and packaging.
- Help mix and bake bread, cookies, muffins, etc.
- Monitor products for quality assurance.
- Ensure that there are no defects in any of the products.
- Handle production tools and equipment.
- Sustain good personal health to prevent food contamination.
- Ensure that production is kept smooth and flowing.
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Qualifications:
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to lift 50 lbs consistently.
- Ability to lift, bend, squat, and stretch.
- Capacity to communicate with others.
- Able to work in a team.
