Do you LOVE to bake? We are looking for a fun, outgoing, and passionate baker to join our team! The ideal person is a go-getter and committed to providing a quality and consistent product that's made with love. Someone who is self-motivated, has a positive attitude, is responsible, able to respond well to constructive criticism, works well under pressure, has a strong ability to multi-task, and has a solid background in baking with use of various recipes (math skills, time management, and basic understanding of baking is necessary).
We bake a variety of things at our shop & everything is made from scratch, including cinnamon rolls, breads, muffins, scones, coffee cake, bars, cookies, donuts, etc. In addition to baking, the position is also required to keep stock of our kitchen prep items (including items like biscuits, gravy, quiche, soups, batters, etc.)
Experience in professional bread baking a PLUS!! The right person will be dependable, organized, hard working, friendly, clean, and a team player. The position is very fast-paced and requires someone who can hustle and help us get it all done. Must be able to : Lift 50 lbs, stand on feet for 6+ hours, lift, bend, stoop, etc. It's a physical job.
Must be able to work a variety of shifts between the hours/days of Monday-Sunday 5am-7pm. Hours will vary and be between 25-30 hours a week. Shifts are typically 6-7 hours long. Ideal schedule is 4am-11am or 5am-12pm. Early morning go-getter a plus!
