RAM Mounts is looking for an entry level B2B Sales Account Manager to join our growing business. You will work with an established book of business, with the opportunity to work on a variety of projects to grow these accounts. Our varied client model will have you working with OEMs, device manufacturers, retailers, etc. to develop solutions that fit their unique application. We have built relationships with some of the most recognizable brands in the world, as an account manager you will continue to grow and develop these relationships. With a culture of growth, you will have the opportunity to work with many departments to better scale our business.


Due to COVID-19 this position is currently work from home until stage three. Outside of COVID this position works in the office and travels to industry and customer events 10% to 25% of the time. Compensation includes a base salary, benefits package, and bonus plan.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the industry expert for our products in your specific vertical
  • Grow sales within a group of existing accounts specific to your vertical
  • Maintain and expand key customer relationships
  • Capture accurate and complete information in the CRM system
  • Develop strategic approaches for sales within your book of accounts
  • Communicate with customers on production updates and other inquiries
  • Travel to tradeshows (currently on-hold due to COVID-19), customer and trainings events to represent National Products Inc. (RAM Mounts)

Skills and Specifications:

  • Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce (or comparable CRM system)
  • Phone and virtual meeting etiquette
  • Navigate varied information systems for customer information
  • Organized and self-disciplined
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Energetic with a self-starter mentality


Education and Qualifications:

  • Prefer degree from a 4-year accredited university
  • Prefer 2-4 years of sales experience or transferrable skills
  • Valid State Driver’s License
  • Background in manufacturing or technology is a plus
