AV Systems Manager Job at ImageNet Consulting LLC.
The Systems Manager oversees all ImageNet general tasks for the day-to-day operations leading up to a client
proposal. Their duties and tasks are surrounding new or existing ImageNet AV client project estimate needs by
managing branch-specific AV Engineers designing proposals for their designated markets. Typical audiovisual systems
include boardrooms, meeting rooms, training rooms, videoconferencing systems, lighting systems, control rooms,
sound reinforcement systems, and more. Most systems are digital and designed to be controlled by components using
software coded by ImageNet engineers.
The Systems Manager regularly finds ways to increase the bottom line by creating efficient, new, or
innovative designs for our clients wherever possible. The Systems Manager would be expected to effectively
streamline and adapt current systems in place to smooth out the process as we continue to grow and expand in
AV.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate detailed site walks with potential jobs and give functionality ideas and ballpark budgets to decide if
- Able to quickly design and craft full quotes scopes submitted to sales reps for direct submittal with customers
- Our AV Engineers design 100% of the systems, then proposals are handed off to the Sales Team. Sales
- Working with margin worksheets to hit internal sales goals and budgets
- Follow through with Director or Programmer to verify system designs before submittal to clients
- Follow through after a proposal is signed to get accurate drawings/system breakouts for the proposed system
- Strives to promote a positive work environment within the Team and improve areas of deficiency within the
- Managing and building relationships with existing and new ImageNet clients to deliver training, knowledge,
- Great client service skills with a commitment to resolving client concerns as well as meeting customer
- Develop price quotations and bid responses that are complete, accurate, and profitable
- Work with the installation team and Project Coordinator to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation
- Self-motivated to conduct research surrounding new technologies or fields of study and to help clients

REQUIREMENTS:
- CTS Certification Required with a path to CTS-D provided by ImageNet
- 5+ years’ experience with design and installation of professional audio, video, network, and lighting systems for this
- Advanced computer skills for a completely paperless/digital workflow
- Ability to thoroughly communicate internally and externally with confidential pricing information
- Great digital communication skills and logistics acumen for helping Engineering staff ensure all items are accounted
- Highly organized, punctual, and capable of effective, efficient multi-tasking.
