Northgate Auto Service is a three bay automotive repair facility with strong roots in the Durham community. We strive to provide customers with a reliable, trustworthy & honest automotive repair experience for all of their general automotive and maintenance needs.
We are looking for an Automotive Quick Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong desire to learn with the ability to keep up in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and efficiently, while also having the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and has a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on vehicles including but not limited to state inspections, tire services, oil and fluid changes
- Inspect and test vehicles for safety and performance.
- Communicate with service advisors about vehicle needs and repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- NC State Emissions & Safety Inspection License a plus, NC Driver's License a requirement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
