At Precision Tune Auto Care of North Carolina we offer our customers a one stop solution for all of their automotive maintenance and repair needs (a true dealer alternative). From oil changes and tires to engine replacement and electrical diagnosis; simply put, we fix cars. Qualifications / Requirements include:

● 2+ years sales/operations/management experience (automotive industry preferred) for Manager roles

● 2+ years customer service / retail experience a big plus

● Excellent communication and sales skills

● An outgoing personality

● Automotive experience in direct repair with diagnostics, general repairs and maintenance

● ASE certifications preferred for manager role; service advisor role can be learned if mechanically minded

● Ability to multi-task in a customer focused retail environment, while ensuring accuracy of work

● Good computer and phone skills

● Ability to effectively communicate well verbally and in writing

● Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays

● Be able to pass background check

● Valid driver’s license

● Travel within district required

● High school degree and/or some college preferred

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
