Our service advisors understand that their primary job is to offer honest technical guidance on vehicle repairs by working one-on-one with our customers in order to communicate their concerns to the Technicians and assist in the diagnosis of the vehicles root issue. They have a special skill in translating mechanical terms into easy to understand language and ensuring open communication in real time on repairs.

A typical day at Bristow’s involves:

• Answering calls and scheduling repairs.
• Listening to customers’ account of issues and symptoms to better understand what the problem is.
• Calculating and providing customers with a fair and competitive estimate.
• Explaining the repair process to customers so they understand what to expect and when their vehicle will be repaired.
• Ensuring RO’s verbiage to Technicians clearly conveys the Customers concerns & vehicle conditions.
• Verifying warranty, insurance or contract coverage and obtaining customer approval for service.
• Ordering parts for repairs. Ensuring parts are in stock for scheduled service.
• Recording information gathered from each visit in database.
• Accurately posting Technicians hours and invoice information.
• Working with the rest of team to provide a positive and expedient resolution for our customers.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid drivers license with clean driving abstract.
• Must be able to drive stick well.
• Must have a good working knowledge base of the mechanics of vehicles.
• Have the ability to multitask
• A good working understanding of computer basics and able to do internet searches and email as well as quick learning ability

To make our team complete, we are in need of an additional Service Advisor who has the knowledge of processing warranty claims and can ensure all information that is entered into our database is correct and complete before the customer pays for service. In addition, we expect you to be an exceptional problem solver and have the ability to achieve high performance levels on all financial metrics.
