The Client Success Consultant provides consulting services and customer support for our used car reconditioning software, ReconTRAC. These consulting services and products help to increase revenue in a dealership. In this role, you will interact with Reynolds internal departments and dealership employees to deliver a high level of customer service and support as it relates to the ReconTRAC solution. You will be responsible for custom implementation, training, diagnosing issues, promoting sales opportunities, and managing customer relationships. Requirements:- 2+ years retail automotive experience (parts count representative, parts advisor, service advisor, assistant service manager, automotive sales representative)
- Requires computer and telephone skills
- Preferred - Familiarity with MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel)
Our training consists of classroom-style instruction and mentorship. You will receive in-depth product knowledge training on the ReconTRAC solution itself, as well as general automotive reconditioning processes. Timeframe and intensity of the training period will vary depending on existing automotive knowledge, but generally lasts about 90 days.
