The Associate Sales Operation Analyst will be the primary liaison between the company and its Recreational Living distributors and dealers and report directly to the Sr. Director of Sales and Operations for Recreational Living. The Sales Operation Analyst will be responsible for managing and supporting the aftermarket segment of the Recreational Vehicle (RV) for GEA. Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the GEA Recreation Living business segment, product line sets, and business processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with accounts to build trust.
- Manage and support Aftermarket Dealers and Distributors with orders, shipping, pricing, products, and returns.
- Work on any changes or delays that need to be communicated to customers.
- Work with Logistics and planning to monitor flow and inventory levels.
- Assist and manage with developing program pricing models for the aftermarket.
- Work with Marketing and Planning to effectively communicate all model changes and provide all pertinent information to customers.
- Provide day to day support of online B2B store. Manage available products, images, documents, online categories, and parts.
- Provide support to both Marketing and IT Applications for Aftermarket business needs.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or relevant experience equivalent
- 5+ years RV aftermarket sales experience
- Attention to detail. You prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing the ability to dive deep.
- Experience using analytical, sales, and productivity tools including Salesforce and Excel
- Strong understanding of Recreational Vehicle (RV) Industry.
- High level of organization and communication.
- Experience with Office 365. (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Specific experience in marketing products online and maintaining an online e-store.
