Blasingame, Burch, Garrard & Ashley, P.C. seeks a litigation attorney and a transactional attorney to join its Business Department in Athens, Georgia. Candidates should have excellent academic records, 2 to 5 years in practice, or stellar clerkship experience. Candidates with strong civil-litigation experience will also be considered. Both positions concern the representation of clients in business-law matters such as the buying and selling of businesses, corporate restructures, commercial landlord-tenant, separation, restrictive covenant and other employment contracts, as well as banking and creditor rights.
