ASSISTANT SUPPORT MANAGER

Allies services are entirely customizable to meet the unique needs, hopes, dreams, and desires of the people we serve.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support individuals served in their personal growth and assist them in reaching their goals.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, and toileting when necessary.
- Ensure physical well-being of the individuals, administer medication, and ensure doctor's orders are followed.
- Safely operate agency vans and other vehicles as necessary.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for the individuals served.
- Ensure that the residential program meets all standards and criteria established by the agency and other applicable regulatory bodies.
- Ensure that all staff are aware of, understand, and adhere to all policies and regulations.
- Produce required documentation and reports completely, accurately, and on time.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with individuals served, families, caregivers, and staff.
- Be on-call 24/7/365 to provide support for emergency situations.

To qualify, you are REQUIRED to have:
High school diploma with one (1) year experience in the human services field.
Valid unrestricted driver's license with good driving record
Ability to lift and transfer at least 50 pounds
- A bility to sit, bend, squat, reach, and stand for several hours at a time
- 18 years of age or older
Required Skills:
- Basic computer literacy and skills
- The ability to read and write English
- The ability to lift or transfer at least 50 lbs.

- The ability to remain calm in crisis situations
