This position is for an Assistant Manager at our Whitehall location
Job responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in day to day tasks.
- Conduct bank runs if needed.
- Making sure the store is staffed properly at all times. If someone drops a shift and can't find coverage the manager is required to step in and be that coverage. This requires open availability on weekdays and weekends.
- Make sure the store is properly stocked on product - if out of a product outsource if needed.
- Train new team members.
- Review the store environment - identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement and communicate these to the Area Manager.
- Be one of the first points of contacts for the team members - will result in calls when not at the store.
- Ensure inventory is counted each week and accurate.
All these responsibilities are shared with the General Manager, your job is to assist them to make sure the store runs smoothly and the environment of the store is upheld.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
