ABOUT THE POSITION: We are looking for a result-driven Assistant Manager to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints, and ensure maximum client satisfaction.Experience with luxury products a plus.

ABOUT US: We represent the Henry Beguelin brand in the U.S. which feature an array of unique shoes,Bags,Belts,Coats & various accessories all hand made in Vigevano, Italy.

We’re a small staff with big talent and Tons of Enthusiasm and above all we LOVE the products we sell!!!

We re-opened the store in Aspen last December and will be opening in Vail and in other locations very soon.

Responsibilities

  • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
  • Build relationships with customers
  • Assess customer's needs, provide assistance + information on our products
  • Outstanding knowledge on products offered + discuss available options
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
  • Visual Merchandising Integrity
  • Process POS (point of sale) purchases
  • Handle returns of merchandise
  • Comply with inventory control procedures
  • Daily + weekly cleaning of the store

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales professional
  • Excellent organizational skills required
  • Strong verbal, written + interpersonal communication skills
  • Computer savvy, able to work on a Mac/Xcell/POS
  • Creative merchandising experience
  • Great people skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Experience selling luxury products
  • Good at multitasking
  • Familiarity with inventory procedures
  • Ability to work on your own as a self starter, but also a team player
  • Ability to perform under pressure + address complaints in a professional manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
