Key Responsibilities:

• Potting: Skillfully perform potting operations to encapsulate cable assemblies, ensuring their durability and longevity.
• Pressure Testing: Conduct thorough pressure tests on completed cable assemblies to verify their integrity and performance.
• Electrical Testing: Utilize specialized equipment to conduct electrical tests, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Crimping: Apply precise crimping techniques to secure connectors, maintaining optimal connectivity and signal integrity.
• Cable Cutting/Preparation: Accurately measure, cut, and prepare cables for assembly, following established guidelines and specifications.
• Additional Tasks: Flexibility is key, as you may be assigned various tasks related to cable assembly manufacturing based on operational needs.

Qualification Standards:

• High School Diploma: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Strong English Communication: Exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.

We offer a competitive pay rate of $20.50 per hour for this full-time position, operating on a Monday to Thursday schedule from 3:30 pm to 2:00 am.
