Area Supervisor Facility Services Job at Haynes Building Services
Supervises work activities of janitorial personnel in commercial and industrial establishments. Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding janitorial services and take corrective action. May order and pick up janitorial supplies and equipment, take inventories, perform audits, oversee, and train new employees, fill in if there is a call out at a location and work with clients at times.
- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers at multiple work sites engaged in janitorial services.
- Assigns janitorial work to employees, following material and work requirements.
- Inspects work performed to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards.
- Records personnel data on specified forms.
- Confers with and coaches’ staff to resolve production and personnel problems.
- Train’s workers in janitorial methods and procedures and proper operation of equipment.
- Issues janitorial supplies and equipment to workers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
- Ensures clients are satisfied with current performance of team.
Hourly Rate: Starting $65K + Company Vechicle
Requirements:
- You must be 18 years old.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Has own vehicle.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- A pre-employment drug screen, E-Verify and criminal background check are required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective and clear communication.
