We are looking for an architectural draftsperson for one of our clients.
Architectural Draftsperson Qualifications
- Education: Requires a Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in architecture, architectural drafting, construction management, engineering or related degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task are a must.
Architectural Draftsperson Required Technical Skills
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Proficient in AutoCAD or equivalent software
Architectural Draftsperson Responsibilities.
- Produce Schematic Design (SD) drawings for early project estimating
- Produce Design Development (DD) drawings
- Produce Construction Drawings (CD), including specifications for bidding
- Produce high-quality Construction Documents suitable to build and remodel residential projects
- Research and understand all products being used, including new products to ensure good details suitable for building long-lasting projects.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
