As a Project Manager, you will

• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative, integrated design environment
• Coordinate all project efforts in order to ensure effective execution, estimate scope of work, and serve as primary client liaison
• Handle complex projects of the largest magnitude
• Actively manage client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; and project team assignments
• Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and assist with the preparation of proposals and contracts
• Build strong relationships with clients, project stakeholders, and team members
• Efficiently meet project goals and objectives
• Work with code officials and other design professionals on interpretation of building codes

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of relevant experience working as a Project Manager preferably with healthcare project experience
• Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree from a National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) Accredited Program; prefer licensed to practice architecture in Michigan and/or other states
• Knowledge of healthcare planning, design, construction documents, construction administration and project construction cost control for healthcare facilities preferred
• Strong professional writing, research, and communication skills
