QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Current Red Cross Certified in Lifeguarding, CPR, First Aid and AED.
2. Strength in the following areas: communication, organization, knowledge of swimming, flexible schedule, and ability to teach/willingness to learn to teach Aqua Aerobics.
3. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.
