Appliance Technician Responsibilities:
· Install high-end appliances to client’s standards, ensuring the safety of yourself and client’s home.
· Diagnose and repair high end appliances, including refrigerator, to protect client’s investment
· Assist clients with questions and concerns regarding product.
· Obtain materials and supplies according to establish policies and procedures.
Appliance Technician Qualifications:
· Previous experience with diagnosing and repairing home appliances, including refrigeration.
· Knowledge of high-end appliances and refrigeration
· Understand AC and DC circuit troubleshooting
· Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
· Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Strong customer service skills
