Bradbury Place is looking for a Maintenance Technician.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year experience in the apartment home maintenance field, a solid employment work history and the interest in building a successful team environment. The following skills are necessary for the position.
* Understanding of the Apartment Industry
* Tasks and repairs inherent to the turnover and general maintenance process
* Minor experience in Plumbing
* Experience/Certification in HVAC
* After hours call
* Reliable transportation
Tools will be provided as well as a competitive salary and benefits package.
