About the opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Community Manager. Our beautiful property has 500+ units. We would like to meet with applicants who have three-plus years of property management experience in a similar role managing 350+ units. RealPage/OneSite experience are a plus!
What are some of the responsibilities of a Community Manager?
- Proven ability to develop, coach, counsel, hire/fire, and train personnel
- Maintaining exceptional community standards and customer service
- Develop a solid marketing plan and maintain focus on curb appeal, common-sense advertising/flags/banners/internet sources while continually evaluating cost per lease and traffic-generating sources
- Proactively adjust market rents and continually seek opportunities for revenue growth
- Review the weekly update report and develop goals and strategies to combat occupancy issues, future exposure, or high renewal exposure
- Conduct weekly physical inspections of all areas of the property to evaluate the condition relative to curb appeal, health, safety risk management, asset preservation, customer service, and company standards
- Conduct regular audits to ensure that all office and maintenance procedures are being adhered to
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of various weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
- Develop an operating budget for the property incorporating input from the Service Manager

Requirements:
- Three plus years of previous experience in a similar role managing 350+ units
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking
- Strong communication skills
- A positive attitude
- A high level of professionalism
- Autonomous and have a hands-on approach
- Computer literate
- Experience with RealPage/OneSite is a plus!
- A valid driver's license
