  • Assist operations and apartment manager with day to day tasks.
  • Prepare leases for processing; Both new and renewals
  • Update all operation related spreadsheets and documents as needed
  • Maintain all operations records on individual client
  • Outreach realtors/brokers and landlords to conduct apartment searches
  • Organize all apartment keys and maintain a tracking system
  • Assist with apartment search
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite


Position requires a High School Diploma / GED. Previous experience with the homeless population needed. Needs ability to establish workload priorities and balance diverse word orders. Must have clean/valid DL. Must have exceptional communication skills both orally and in writing. Physical ability to perform the essential job functions are needed. In addition, the Apartment Aide shall perform any duties as required to meet the new needs of the program and the clients we serve.
