In this role, you will:
Be responsible for driving consistency across complaints reporting and analytics for COO Shared Services. The lead will partner with Customer Excellence Data and Analytics (CEDA) on developing and/or enhancing existing dashboards and metrics for COO Shared Services. The Lead Analytics Consultant will interpret complaints data, present insights, and make recommendations, at the COO Shared Services consolidated level. Additionally, will analyze data, identify emerging issues, home in on areas of opportunities, and ensure the organization has meaningful and relevant metrics that allows stakeholders to reach decisions and next steps. Responsible for ad-hoc reporting requests, consolidating and reporting upon complaints Root Cause Analysis Standards (RCA). Additional keys to success in this role are excellent attention-to-detail and storytelling, as well as stakeholder management, partnership, and collaboration.

NY-NY Pay Range: $100,800 - $179,200 Annually.
May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.

$84,000.00 - $149,400.00 Annual

Required Qualifications, US:
- 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Proficiency in SQL, SAS and other tools to support data mining and analytics insights
- Experience with complaints reporting and analysis
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills - ability to communicate effectively to audiences with varying levels
- Experience articulating complex issues concisely to an executive audience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau
- Strong analytical and statistical skills with proven ability to process data into meaningful information
- Self-starter, ability to drive independently
- Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Eagerness to contribute collaboratively on projects and discussions
- BA/BS degree or higher
- Willingness to travel up to 15%
