Role Summary

eClerx is seeking a highly skilled, team-oriented Agile Coach to join our team. You will help guide our client through their Agile transformation at a strategic level, be it executive, portfolio or program. You will be responsible for coordinating and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, as well as with Agile coaches, Program Managers, Product Owners and others.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

• Coach teams in Agile ways of working
• Coach teams on technical practices needed for more Agility
• Coaching leaders and stakeholders on how to support and how to engage with teams
• Help establish lasting technical solutions that provide a solid foundation for continued value delivery
• Provide workshops on technical practices and principles
• Coach the organization on a strategic level, ensuring teams, programs or portfolios delivery continues value of the highest quality

Eligibility Requirements

• Experience coaching executives, lean portfolios and large programs.
• Strong strategic mind and skillset
• A track record of operating in this role at large financial organizations

Salary Range: $105,000-$220,000
