- We are Currently looking to add an Agency Business Consultant to help our Agency force grow their Agencies.
- Assist Agents with new changes to Farmers operating systems.
- Help with Marketing campaigns and bring ideas and strategy
- Help train and onboard New Agents
- Help Agents with complicated underwriting issues
- Be the liaison with Sales trainings with Agents and staff
- Thinks outside the box and be a good problem solver
- Be willing to obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
