Saint Mary School located in Shrewsbury, MA is looking for an Advancement Director. Duties of the Advancement Director: Develop and grow The Fund for Saint Mary School, the annual fund campaignManage all outreach, communication and solicitation to alumni, constituents and prospectsGrow the number of annual donors through cultivation and personal outreachDesign layout and creative content for regular email and print communication to constituents and prospectsDevelop annual donor recognition program for top donorsDevelop donor stewardship plan for all donorsNetwork within the community to establish business partnershipsWrite creative content for grant proposals to fund curriculum enrichment needsEstablish and grow relationships with local print/online media outletsManage public relations including press releases, brand building and public interest storiesWrite cards/notes of celebration, acknowledgement and sympathy to constituentsManage marketing initiatives and strategies utilizing social media, online and printWork closely with the Admissions Director to design creative and content to promote open house, enrollment registration and community eventsPublish compelling content, announcements and engaging images on Facebook, Linked In, YouTube and InstagramPartner with SMPA (Saint Mary Parent Association) to promote events, grow participation and generate new sources of fundraising dollars for the schoolWork with the Director of Technology to maintain the schools websiteOther duties as assignedQualifications- This is a Part Time in person position that reports directly to the school Principal.
