The Administrative Manager oversees the administrative, operational, and financial activities of a department under the direction of Hospital Operations leadership and in collaboration with Nursing and Physician leadership of the department.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and applicable work experience.
- 4+ years of related healthcare experience with competency in financial management, program and project management, data analytics, and coordination of one or more major administrative functions.
- Experience and background in performance improvement preferred.

The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $58,661.00 - $108,000.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
