Our client, New Jersey’s lead supplier of transit, is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Recruiting Coordinator to join their team!
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$20/hr – $25/hr DOE
Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant / Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for providing talent acquisition and administrative support to the Surface Transit team. The schedule is Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 5 pm.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant / Recruiting Coordinator:
- Supporting the team with talent acquisition including recruiting, sourcing, and identifying candidates
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks including emails and calendar management
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant / Recruiting Coordinator:
- Must have knowledge of human resources
- Strong administrative skillset
- Experience with ATS is preferred
- Microsoft skills are required
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma is required
