Our client, a large and reputable automotive parts company located in the Jamesburg/Cranbury area, has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant. This is an exciting long term temporary opportunity to work for one of our premier clients with the possibility of being hired!

The responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant will include:

  • Answering phone and routing to proper personnel
  • Monitor the facility lobby for guests
  • General data entry and filing
  • Billing and Invoicing
  • Ordering office and warehouse supplies
  • Othe Admin duties as assigned

Qualifications to be considered for the Administrative Assistant:

  • Must have at least 2 - 3 years experience in an Administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Strong filing & organizational skills
