Currently, Ashford serves as the advisor to two NYSE listed real estate investment trusts, namely Ashford Hospitality Trust (NYSE MKT: AHT) and Braemar Hotels and Resports (NYSE MKT: BHR).

Duties and Responsibilities
- Creates and modifies Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations
- Composes reports, memos, expense reports and other documents
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
- Reading and analyzing incoming memos and emails
- Coordinates extensive travel arrangements, meetings, and manages calendars and schedules
- Performs administrative duties to include distribution of mail and faxes and answering phones
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing records
- Other administrative duties and projects as assigned
- Ability to work independently, prioritize work and ask for clarification when needed
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to organize a daily workload based on priorities
- Strong work ethic
- Must possess an extremely positive attitude
- Exemplifies three main qualities - capable, fantastic attitude, and trustworthiness
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to take initiative and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to proof own work
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
