The Administrative Assistant will perform administrative duties as needed to support the daily flow of work. Clear and concise communications with clients, service technicians and third-party vendors is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers
- Assist with job applications
- Copy and mail invoices
- Answer phone in a professional manner
- Direct calls to their destination without delay
- Update customers on work performed or general questions
- Respond to all emails and voicemails in a timely manner
- Adhere to the policies and procedures of the company
- Replenish office supplies as needed
- File documents properly and in a timely manner
- Assist and perform all tasks as required such as mailing, scanning slips, letters and other clerical tasks as needed.
- Meeting preparation if needed
- Run miscellaneous errands
- Enter service tickets if needed
- Support service department with courtesy calls
Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience
- 0-3-year experience preferred
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Successful Pre-Employment Drug Test
- Successful Background Check
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Experience working on behalf of a roofing/trade/construction company preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
- Advanced customer service skills
- Proficient knowledge in computer skills: MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
Working Conditions | Environment | Special Requirements
- Full time onsite
- Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, State and Federal regulations.
