This position works under the direction of an Auto Unit Manager in providing lead administrative support to the claims department by performing tasks in an efficient and expedient manner ensuring the department operates efficiently.
What you will do:
Perform a wide variety of advanced secretarial and administrative duties which may be of a confidential or technical nature.
Support management by collecting and maintaining data for reports and for budget reconciliation.
Maintain and report on all attendance records and maintain all personnel files.
Create various forms, charts and reports for unit management.
What you bring:
High school diploma or equivalent plus 3-5 years administrative experience – insurance industry desired.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced typing ability required.
Moderate organization, planning and time management skills.
Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
General leadership skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
