We are looking for a positive, compassionate Activities Assistant to execute planned programs from the activity calendar. Candidates should be detail-oriented and possess excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
Activities Assistant Responsibilities:
Planning and facilitating daily, weekly, and monthly events to encourage socialization, relaxation, and recreation.
Keeping records regarding resident participation, provide transport to and from activity program location.
Activities Assistant Requirements:
High School Diploma required
More education or experience with nursing , recreational activities, event planning, or related may be preferred.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Adaptability and strong organization and time management skills.
Excellent computer knowledge and strong documentation writing skills.
Position is full time (30 hours a week) and every other weekend.
Full Time Activities Assistant Position Offers:
Full-time employees are eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision the 1st of the month following your hire date! Additionally, Company paid life insurance, long term disability, AD & D and paid holidays, vacation, sick and personal days.
