We are urgently searching for an organized & detail-oriented Accounts Payable specialist.
On-Site
Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for paying & maintaining record of all invoices processed
- Keep track of all company credit card spending, along with making payments on provided credit accounts
- Analyze all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, & annual basis to ensure payment accuracy
- Work collaboratively with various departments to perform accounting audits
- Prepare & mail all required tax documents with the apparopriate packaging
- Research & approve new vendors & create new vendor accounts
- Processing expense reports, check preparations, posting cash, & preparing charge backs
- Purchasing experience
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Team Player
- Multi-Tasker
- Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Power Point
- CPCP or CAPA Preferred
