Our Texas Division is a seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented individual who is dedicated to contribute to our company and clients’ success.

Job Title: Accounts Payable Lead

Work Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Additional time may be required.

Location: The District Office, 9003 Airport Fwy, Suite G270 North Richland Hills, TX 76180.

Job Details & Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day AP process including overseeing AP admin
• Review all AP invoices
• Prepare for check runs (twice a week)
• Produce monthly recurring payments
• Weekly workflow reports
• Work with vendors and project managers on solving account issues, and review vendor statements

Requirements:

• AP experience of at least 2 years
• Bachelors degree in business/ finance or accounting preferred
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
• Efficient with computers
