ICONMA is seeking an Account Manager in the Charlotte, NC area to join our growing team!

• REMOTE (with occasional travel required - MUST reside in the general Charlotte, NC metro area.)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle the day-to-day operations of assigned account(s), including interview, offer, and onboarding coordination.
• Responsible for account management, and sales execution.
• Collaborate with customer contacts and key decision-makers to define needs and determine the appropriate solution to exceed customer needs.
• Develop and maintain strong client and contractor relationships as well as maximize and expand existing relationships to drive sales.
• Evaluate and determine the best methods to reinforce and maintain good customer and contractor relations.
• Work with our internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, all lines of business are successful and effectively represented, and that all client expectations and companywide goals are being met.
• Regular in-depth client analysis, strategic account planning, and forecasting activities.
• Track key account metrics.
• Provide effective problem resolution through taking ownership of all incoming concerns and issues. Investigate and resolve any concerns or issues.
• Identify and pursue additional opportunities for existing clients, including SOW/Projects and collaborate with internal teams to ensure growth attainment.
• Come up with innovative solutions and ideas in regards to penetrating the existing accounts that are assigned.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of proven Account Management experience in the staffing industry is REQUIRED.
• Experience working within an MSP/VMS environment is REQUIRED.
• Experience dealing with clients within the IT, Engineering, Professional Services, Finance and/or Healthcare industries is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Must be willing and able to travel as needed.
• Strong leadership, relationship building, and decision-making skills.
