Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions, a branch of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a new Account Manager to support our Clients & Account Management Team in Grove City, OH! In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers are taken care of and their needs are met!
Responsibilities Include:

Obtain inventory stock quotes, order inventory, and monitor inventory levels.

Communicate and implement customer’s requested project changes.
-
Load and update pricing as needed and complete mid-year and annual reviews.

Provide price quotes as requested from the client after the account is sold.

Communicate with the plant, client, and sales team regarding project specific information on a daily basis.

Design and present client specific reports based on contractual turn-time.
-
Understand the client’s business in order to clearly identify further opportunities to leverage solutions as well as facilitate the client’s daily requirements. Take action on incremental growth opportunities.

Understand and communicate the client’s invoicing requirements to ensure the desired output.

Manage input into the appropriate systems.

Interact with clients via conference calls, meetings, and face-to-face presentations at locations appropriate for the client.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma / GED or higher.
-
3+ years’ experience in related customer service positions.
-
Excellent organizational/time management skills.
-
Strong attention to detail and the proven ability to manage process improvements.
