Gravity Cannabis is a Washington state based cultivator and manufacturer of infused and concentrated marijuana products. We are expanding into the Massachusetts marketplace with the acquisition of HAVN Extracts, a craft cannabis company. HAVN creates innovative, pure and natural products made with the best cannabis and all natural ingredients.

We Seek:

Gravity Cannabis is looking for a motivated, self-directed, start-up hunter. This role is ideal for the candidate who KNOWS they can open new doors as you will be the first sales person on board in your territory and will have a target rich list of mostly never before called on accounts. While we have product placement in a small handful of stores, our ability to produce and sell more is virtually limitless.

The ideal candidate will live in or near the Boston area and have cannabis sales experience and badge credentials in Massachusetts. Extra credit if you also have experience with extracts and cannabis infused products.

Responsibilities:

You will be tasked with placing HAVN products in net new stores throughout your territory and growing basket size per store. You will accomplish this by:

*Visiting stores in person to learn who the buyer is for the store(s) and create relationships with store personnel

*Grow existing customer base through referrals, networking, cold calls, sampling and superior customer service

*Provide product education to buyers and store personnel via in person store visits, sales collateral and pop ups.

*Introduce and secure shelf space for complementary products and new product introductions

*Develop a regular follow up cadence to include existing customers and prospects

*Perpetually educate, re-educate, sample and re-sample key store personnel

*Identify opportunities for collaborative promotions with stores including sales promotions and in-store pop ups

*Regularly report activity, successes and challenges to management team and attend all sales meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,281.00 - $76,468.00 per year
