GrowthSpace is looking for an Account Executive that will identify and build solutions for clients in multiple industries, with specific Learning and Development business challenges requiring a unique data drive / ROI solution.
GrowthSpace supports Global customers like Intel, Applied Materials, MSD, Siemens, and Johnson & Johnson, and tech unicorns like GainSight, CheckPoint, Taboola, as well as many other firms in over 35 countries & languages. GrowthSpace has created an innovative platform in the employee development space that's personalized, data-driven, and connected to business KPIs — with a variety of one-on-one and group development options tailored to each individual using data.
The Account Executive will be an individual contributor responsible for prospecting and closing deals in the mid-market and enterprise space (sub fortune 500).
Responsibilities:
- Create High value business plan (including sales cadence) to drive growth within a specified region
- Develop and execute a targeted sales pursuit strategy and target account plans and over time build long-term relationships with customers
- Responsible for navigating through an organization to find the right decision maker(s)
- Develop strategic set of accounts within a defined territory or industry and Asses the emerging needs of that target set of account
- Generate leads from various sources, including personal network, LinkedIn, ABM campaigns, outbound calls and emails, tradeshows and regional networking events
- Develop, grow and manage a healthy pipeline – growing it to 3X quota over time
- Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to #HR Tech, LnD, Coaching/mentoring and general trends, emerging technologies, and competitors
Requirements:
- Possess a full understanding of a customer sales-cycle. From lead-generation, qualification and negotiations, through contracting and rollout.
- Proven outbound sales experience with a minimum of 5+ years closing.
- HR Tech, HR SaaS, L&D, Talent Development, and industry vertical experience.
- Has SDR/BDR experience and proven successes in that area.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player mentality with the ability to work independently toward ambitious goals
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Experience selling in the Western US (California, Washington, Utah, Colorado)
- SDR/BDR experience
