SpecializedRx manufactures innovative products for the compounding pharmacy market headquartered in Circle Pines, MN. We are looking for a result-driven individual to help expand our current sales and capture new business. This individual will research, plan, and execute lead generation activities along with assisting in marketing and promotional efforts.

Position Summary

The Account Executive will be responsible for telemarketing to prospective clients and existing accounts, resulting in qualified leads to generate sales. This position’s primary focus will be on US-based compounding pharmacies as well as pharmaceutical manufacturers. This position is on-site or remote depending on the individual and experience.

Responsibilities

  • New business development. He/she will be assigned target prospecting goals and will be required to maintain a schedule of targeted calls with prospective accounts on a routine basis
  • Preparation and management of lead generation lists
  • Track results and potential business through CRM system
  • Maintain and develop relationships with assigned accounts
  • Assist with marketing efforts and new product launches
  • Assist in executing mass marketing campaigns
  • Willingness to learn new sales and technical skills to further a professional career in sales
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required, or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. BA in communications related field a plus
  • Prior pharmacy experience preferred but not required
  • Compounding pharmacy experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and listening skills required
  • Experience with telemarketing/lead generation preferred but not required
  • Prior experience with CRM systems a plus
  • Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office Products required
  • Ability to develop and maintain a portfolio of prospective clients
  • Outgoing attitude and desire to achieve results driven goals
  • Orientation towards teamwork and a collaborative environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
