PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage TRC staffing employees at the on-site facility.

2. Serve as the liaison between Client management and TRC management.

3. Interface with Client operations managers and supervisors.

4. Track staffing statistics for reporting to Client and TRC management.

5. Maintain a weekly schedule and track result of sales and customer service efforts.

6. Administer quality surveys for all 1st, 2nd, and weekly checks, Satisfaction Surveys, Performance Checklist, and Employee Reviews.

7. Oversee operations of all staffing employees to ensure the ongoing success of each assignment.

8. Maintain records and statistics on standards and conduct performance appraisals once a week for the first 30 days and then on a monthly basis for the remainder of the assignment.

9. Conduct Exit Interviews, Employee Satisfaction Surveys, Employee Performance Reviews, and Client Performance Checklist.

10. Conduct monthly management meetings to review the above information with division supervisors and operations managers.

11. Ensure that the determined staffing needs are met and maintained at an appropriate level.

12. Make suggestions to division supervisors and operations managers on new or more cost effective staffing initiatives.

13. Ensure that all employees are rewarded with special recognition (i.e. breakfast in break room, snacks for afternoon breaks, etc.)

14. Supervise and prepare financial data reports.

15. Perform analysis of monthly financial data and computer reports, maintain accurate accounting records, payroll, billing, and other reports related to the facility operations.

16. Ensure that all timecards are processed for the current week with correct job orders for each division, correct pay and bill rates, and correct invoicing.

17. Establish pricing control over billing rates, mark-up percents, and gross profit percents.

18. Monitor and control all expenses adhering to the financial and operating objectives of the facility.

19. Complete weekly Operations Activity Report, Attendance Report, and Order Analysis Report (turnover statistics) for each division of Client.

20. Conduct quarterly business review meetings to include Client and TRC management teams.

21. Promote all services, including the office and professional services. Perform related duties as needed, including designing attractive and results-oriented recruitment advertising, and processing workers’ compensation and unemployment claims.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Directly supervise the staffing employees at the on-site facility in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

2. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
