Bean Teamers are cross-trained in both front of house and back of house operations and perform a variety of café duties and responsibilities. The Kitchen Position is a specialized position, but also one that provides support to other team members. This allows for growth and opportunity within the Bean Sprouts culture.

Qualifications: *
- Must be an energetic self-starter with an enthusiastic and positive demeanor.
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate point-of-sale system.
- Must have California Food Handlers License
- Must be able to communicate clearly in a proactive and positive manner.
- Be able to reach, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- A High School degree is preferred.
- Compensation is competitive based on experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
- Preparation and set-up of kitchen for service
- Execute preparation of all food items according to Bean Sprouts' Job Aides and Recipes while maintaining consistency and quality each and every time.
- Accurately execute orders in a timely fashion.
- Anticipate and attend to the guest's needs and desires immediately to include special events like birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions.
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to customers in a timely matter as outlined in our operational guidelines.
- Maintain a high degree of knowledge with regard to food and beverages
